Jesus Film Update – April 3, 2013

“We prayed for the rain to stop,” said the team member in Cameroon. “On the first day of the JESUS Film show, the sky was announcing rain. This was a concern for us. When the rain started, we began to pray for the Lord to hold back the water. The sky went back to normal. The people in the village were very surprised. We all praised God.”
Pray for the people in Cameroon to know God not just for shutting the skies but also for His Son.

“We are reaching out to the neighborhood,”
said the team member in Brazil. “We held events in two neighborhoods with over 100 people seeing JESUS. We are starting a preaching point with 18 new believers.  We are really happy with the strategy the JESUS Film brings about.”
Praise God for this new preaching point!

“We received permission from the headsman,”
said a team leader in Sri Lanka, to show the JESUS Film in his village. After the film, most of the viewers prayed and accepted Jesus Christ! We are praying that these new believers will be a testimony to their neighbors.”
Pray for these followers of Christ to light the path for others in their area.

Prayer Requests:

– Please pray for God’s direction and outpouring on the JFHP Board of Directors as they provide leadership in the meetings on April 5-6.
