Imago dei – in the Image of God


Meet my grand daughter, Taylor.

Taylor is part of a family that loves her (not least of all, me).  She has a mom and dad who she loves, and who love her, and a little brother who she also loves and loves her.  Taylor is beautiful, how could she not be, she’s made in the image of God.  Can’t you see it in her face?

Now, meet Annette:

Annette doesn’t know how old she is.  She doesn’t have a family because Annette was a slave.    But that isn’t the end of Annette’s story.  You see Annette, just like Taylor, is beautiful, made in the image of God.  And one day, a woman from Oregon recognized that and in obedience to the call of God, helped to change Annette’s life.   Read that story here:
